What is your question?
The truck has over 230,000 miles on it and there is a slight slap in the steering column whenever you stop or go. The problem seems to be either a worn bushing or a bearing in the steering column portion INSIDE the cab as the steering gear beyond the firewall has been replaced.

There are a couple of things to inspect, such as the the coupler that is at the bottom of the steering column that connects it to the steering box, and there are some bearings inside the steering column that can fail as well.
