I can appreciate your need, however, this isn't a forum where copyrighted information can be printed and freely distributed. Further, if you need step by step instructions, I'm guessing have no first hand experience replacing a cylinder head gasket set. Even experienced technicians have to use great care and a wealth of experienced knowledge to perform this rather complex job correctly. Attempting to do this job with no experienced assistance only using reference material is not advisable. It may actually result in more problems than you started with. Last - how do you know a cylinder head gasket has failed? What testing have you performed to see what is occurring within the cooling system? Have you checked the coolant for the presence of hydrocarbons? Have you checked the cooling fan for proper operation? Checked the radiator for air flow? Purged the air out of your cooling system following the replacement of your water pump and thermostat? Just some advice; please don't take it the wrong way. Best of luck with your concern.
Thumbs up, Dave, for the excellent response. You covered everything I had to say. Zee
