Front tires kicked out at the bottom and shacks when driving

What is your question?

1996 dodge ram 1500 4x4 front tires are kicked out on the bottom. I have replaced hub bearing assembly on both sides an upper and lower ball joints on driver side an still kicked out on bottom so I didn't replace ball just on other side I just can't figure it out iv never seen another dodge do that
