fuel pump relay

What is your question?

my van wont start .i sprayed starting fluid and it started up.i drove it about a half mile broke down again.had it towed home it sat for about 2 hrs and it started right up ran it for 45 minsturned it on and off a couple of times and it started right up.came out in morning and wont start again.could it be the relay it was replaced aong with the fuel pump less than 2 years ago
