I got a bad sensor in my van and i got the new one already where is is located on/in the car??

Just a question, how do you know the old one is bad? A diagnosis normally means checking the temperature sensor itself, I mean what if it was disconnected?
the A/C cooling compressor goes on and off every 24 seconds i have replaced the vacuum etc the only thing that it still can be is that yes maybe there is a loose connection but if i dont know where the thing is than i can forget about it thanks henry
This sounds exactly like a system that is low on refrigerant. Are you sure the refrigerant level is OK?
