Runs rough at cold start

What is your question?

My RAM 1500 runs very rough after a cold start. It knocks, stutters, weak going up hill. It doesn't matter if i've let it run in idle or not. Then after about 3 miles of driving it, it runs fine (with the exception of 500-700 rpm surging once in a while.) I've had the Cam and Crank sensors replaced. Any ideas?

check your fuel trim, it sounds like it is too lean. Start by scanning your engine computer data stream, to see what is not correct. Also Check for any codes.
