What is your question?

Where is the CamShaft Positioning sensor located on my 1999 doge mach 3 conversion van? If this was bad would the check engine light come on? Cause mine is not. I have fuel and spark but will not fire. has been intermiitently not starting in the am, but after initail start up runs fine.

I would scan the computer for codes and any unusual data, like a bad coolant temp sensor that is not telling the car that it is cold. A bad cam sensor may take a long time to set a code, so don't rule that out either.
