Do you have any diagnostic trouble codes? Scan it and see. Also, when are you getting power at these components? The computer has an automatic delay for powering engine components that keeps them from getting power when the engine is off, ignition in RUN. They don't get power again until the engine actually cranks. Check them with the engine cranking. Also, see if you have fuel pressure at the engine.
