For that price it sounds like he is recommending the replacement of the "hard lines", That job can be very time consuming due to the fact that he has to bend the new lines to match the old ones. FYI some of those lines can run the length of the car. I would also recommend getting some quotes from other shops to get a good gauge on prices

out here in pa. that sounds high. I did one with both lines front to back and the whole job was 580. shop around for other bids. Roy

Go to another shop. Way to high.
