First time my car has done this but I ran some errands today and when I made my last stop went to start vehicle up to leave when i turn over the ignition it would not crank. I have power but nothing when I go to crank engine. I even try jumping off but same result
What makes this problem better or worse?

Hello, just because you have power but no crank and it will not jump start does not eliminate your battery as the source of the problem. First, have your battery checked for state of charge and the ability to sustain a load. If it fails, replace. If it passes both, then you'll move on to other possible causes, such as checking fuses, the starter motor, cabling, ensuring the transmission shift lever is in "PARK" or "NEUTRAL" position and ensuring proper keys for the vehicle are being utilized.
