Light over rear plate out,overheating, suspension bushings are worn out

What is your question?

I've replaced the fuse 2 times and last replaced the entire lite without the fuse blowing. Could it be the wires?

What makes this problem better or worse?

Plate light out, cooling system problems, bushings

How long has your 1999 Dodge Intrepid had this problem?

I parked it until I am able to get the time to fix it myself.
