When im turning or accelerating my van makes a clicking noise

What is your question?

I hav 215000 miles on it and when I accelerate I'm getting a grinding noise and when I speed up the noise goes away and now when I turn left or right I'm hearing a clicking noise

What makes this problem better or worse?

Stepping of the gas peddle stops the grinding noise and when I turn I make wide turns and let the steering wheel slide thru my hands so my turns are not so tight
