What is your question?
In my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, for about the last 2 or 3 days now, the rear, right side blinker is now blinking faster then normal but my left rear blinker & both front ones are fine, & it doesn't blink faster every time I use it, although it does blink faster then it should the majority of the times I use it. Could this be from a bad or blown bulb or possibly a fuse or something else? Also can I fix/repair this problem on my own without having to take it into a shop to be fixed? I'd much rather do it myself then take it into a shop. But what would I have to do & is it something pretty simple & easy enough for someone with not much but some mechanical know how?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Now this hasn't seemed to effect the working condition of this blinker but I guess really it could be a cause for the issue, so this is why I am mentioning this. There is or has been damage caused to this area of the vehicle from a accident but this accident accord over a year ago & has never caused any issues with the blinker or any of the lights sense it happened. But the glass or plastic red & white blinker covering was broken from being backed into a pole when leaving a parking spot at the mall. Never have replaced the broken glass or plastic cause was just a little part broken off. But thought I would mention it cause you never know if it could be cause for the issue or even feature possiable one.s

Hello, are the bulbs standard and not modified from factory original? If so, then it's a matter of an incomplete filament connection in one of the bulbs on that side. The filament could be touching intermittently, causing it to be easy to miss. Make life easy on yourself - just replace all signal bulbs front and rear. Do both sides even -- inexpensive and inevitably needed at some point.
Also important to note: when the lamp assembly is fractured, you're shortening the lifespan of the bulbs in that assembly. You could also have socket issues as a result of moisture getting in there more prevalently now.
