What is your question?
The traction light in ABS light are flashing simultaneously, but not sporadically seems to be a little more affected when it rains while driving There are no computer codes. We thought it was low voltage at one time until we changed the battery which was pass prime. The mechanic now looking at it has no clue

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Do the lights flash continuously regardless of driving or not? Or do they come and go randomly? You will want to monitor wheel speed at each wheel with a diagnostic tool actively to see what is happening. You will likely find that one or more wheel is dropping out or not staying consistent with the others - which would lead to more scrutiny on the sensor, tone ring and wiring for that wheel or those wheels. This is the best place to start. If you need help - reach out to a shop near you. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link to find some shops near you who can help out!
