The car red lightning bolt light up. Nothing else. Starts with starting fluid but stalling right after. The battery died in the winter a couple of times. We had to change the belt and the idler pulley. The battery still die randomly especially when I try to start the car several times. And its hard to open the car with remote key and when I try to closed its keep opening up itself several times. We bought an obd2 Bluetooth scanner but no codes shows. Our neighbor put his own scanner he said fuel pump. Our scanner can run diagnostic and live data. I wrote down some informations. Intake manifold absolute pressure. Before start 28.1inHg after 19.2 Calculated engine load after 32 jump up to 64 and the car stalling Ignition timing advance for #1 cylinder before 11.5 after 14.5 right before stalling goes in minus 64 Absolute throttle position before 16.5 after 12.2 fuel air commanded equivalence ratio befor 0.972 after 1 Battery voltage before 12 after 10.5 Thank you
How long has your 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan had this problem?

No "Scanner" will determine "fuel pump". First, address your battery and ensure it is fully charged (12.5+ volts) and that it does not drop below 10.5 on a sustained load. If it does not pass, replace it. Recheck operation. If you have a true warning light illuminated that means something, it will set a diagnostic trouble code. As such, I don't think your "lightning bolt" is referring to anything, unless it is on with the vehicle running. You'll need proper voltage, engine ignition spark, fuel delivery, proper air intake, igniting timing and engine compression to start the vehicle. Sometimes a scan tool won't give you the information you need -- you'll have to dig a little bit hands on to check the various components and systems.
