Dash lights momentarily flicker rapidly and a message I believe flashes "no fuse." I did remove an aftermarket cng manifold and fuel rail. I don't believe that is my problem as I never used it before. any advice?

The "no fuse" message could be pointing to a blown fuse in the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module), which controls many of your vehicle's electrical functions. Check the fuses related to the ignition system and the ones linked to the TIPM. Sometimes, a wreck can jar connections loose, so ensure all your fuses are seated properly and none are damaged. If the fuses are intact, there might be an issue with the TIPM itself. Also, double-check the wiring where you removed the CNG system to make sure nothing was inadvertently disconnected or damaged.
