dodge grand caravan 2010 and the horn stopped working fuses are good what's wrong

Hello, the fact the horn chirps when you lock your doors indicates the horns themselves are not at fault, but rather the controls of the horns. The steering column and wheel controls should be checked; do you have any warning lights, like for the SRS (air bag) system? Does your cruise control system and any steering wheel controls work as designed?
