How to replace driver power seat left outer plastic shield?

I have a 2008 dodge grand caravan 3.8. The plastic shield that in front of the lever that adjust seat forward-back and tilting of seat is broken and hanging loose. I know this would be a dealer item but any hints on changing it out. thanks for any help. [This piece is wraps around the driver seat front left corner. 9900openheart@bellsouth.net THANK YOU
