What is your question?
When I try to start the van before about 11am when the sun is up and has warmed the hood it won't crank. It makes no noise. All dash lights, interior lights, etc come on. It starts fine in sunny conditions. It will also not crank in rainy conditions.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Worse in cold or moist conditions

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Sounds like your Caravan has a classic cold-weather gremlin. Since you’ve got a new alternator, battery, and starter, the issue might be moisture or a temperature-sensitive connection. Check the wiring, especially the battery cables and ground connections, to ensure they’re clean and tight. You could also have a failing ignition relay or corroded starter connections that only engage once they warm up a bit.
