Commonnly reported electrical problem. No solution, many other people have reported all such things for attempted repairs including replacing the OBD and or computer parts. Mine used to do the same starting aroud 70K miles, a short term solution is to pull the IOD fuse for a minute or so and put it back in. The fuse is located under the hood in the front right side of the engine inside the fuse box. The fuse is in the front right corner, should be a 20A fuse. This solved my problem for a litle bit and after about 15 times it just all of a sudden stopped and hasn't acted up again.
