wiper blades drag a lot is there any way to adjust them

Not sure what you mean drag...do you mean they chatter and streak? The arms set the tension of the blades to windshield. The arms have springs that can weaken over time and cause streaking and chatter. You can buy the arms from dealer or a parts store. Also road grime can build up on windshield and cause this too. I have used Bon Ami scouring powder, water, and elbo grease to clean windshield. Then use a regular glass cleaner.
