No power to radio and auto lock won't work.

I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan. Out of the blue, the doors stopped unlocking/locking. If the engine is running it will unlock though. the radio display isn't getting power either. I checked all the fuses and none of them look burnt out or bad. I'm thinking maybe I need to try to replace them anyway? I'm up a creek here besides that. Any ideas? Thanks!
