Creaking noise getting in/out + while driving esp over bumps. What is this?

What is your question?

I initially noticed the creaking/jiggling noise while driving over bumps and now it is constant while driving and when getting in/out of the van. I also thought it was coming from the rear but items is hard to tell. I first thought it may be sway bar bushing or end links. What could this be?
