won,t shift from 1st into a higher Gear. *Park, Reverse and Neutral shift fine

* I replaced the fluid and filter. * I checked for damaged or lose wires and hoses. * Shift cable and linkage seam to be adjusted correctly. It doesn't feel like it's binding up. *** transmission was rebuilt about 2 years ago.
