Battery loses power if vehicle does not run every day.

Recently I'v had to replaced the mother board and since then I've had problems with the battery maintaining and kind of juice. If the vehicle is not started and run every day I have to jump start the engine. My wife and I did find a short in the interior lights, mirorrs relay and have taken the fuse out but still the battery goes dead if not started every day. What could be causing the battery to go dead like this?
