How can I close the rear vent windows?

What is your question?

Long story, but I am driving this older van for a while. It only has 116,000 miles and everything works. I googled this question and there should be either buttons on driver door (there is not) or a crank to close them. I don't see a crank anywhere. Where should I be looking specifically?
