This will require guidance from a local technician near you. The key may not come out due to a problem in the ignition cylinder itself, or due to a transmission shift interlock issue. Ensure you are securely shifted into "park" gear (for automatic transmission vehicles). If a manual, there should be a tab to depress to get the key turned, meaning the problem is in the column or key cylinder.
