What is your question?
My son unplugged a headlight and plugged it back because he was going to change it. After that the car won’t start. We checked all of the fuses and AAA came out and tested the battery and it’s testing perfect ( it’s a fairly new battery). When we try to start the car it clicks once only and all of the electronics come on. I read online and it said try a new starter relay but no shops around here carry one for this car. A local shop said we need a whole new starter and a new battery which doesn’t make sense to us. Anyone have any suggestions on what we can try?

Hands-on testing is needed to figure out what's going on. You have to find a shop near you that's trustworthy. Check here on repairpal.com to find a good shop near you that makes sense to visit with your concern. I can't even possibly imagine replacing a headlight and causing a no start situation. It makes no sense to me. It sounds like there is more going on with the vehicle than you have shared. Good luck!
