What is your question?
Touchscreen Delamination = changing GPS Tracking on map, Changing radio station, calling on cell phone, swithing radio bands - FM to AM to Satellite to connected device, all by itself. The touchscreen need to be COMPLETELY REPLACED... and done with out cost to the car owner, as this is not a user/owner/driver issue.. it is a car design issue. This is happening to many of the Dodge vehicles... why has there not be a RECALL for the screens?

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! They need to take these delaminating screens and get the heck outta Dodge! Just to clear up any possible confusion, we're RepairPal, not Dodge, but either way, I agree. I've heard of this issue and can only imagine it's got to be frustrating. Recalls are typically issued for safety-related defects that pose a risk to vehicle occupants or other road users. While touchscreen delamination and erratic behavior can be frustrating, they may not meet the criteria for a safety recall. However, you can report the issue to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to raise awareness and potentially prompt further investigation. Contacting Dodge customer service and expressing your concerns may also help address the issue. If you have any other questions, please call us at 877-913-1554! We'll gladly find you a certified RepairPal shop in your area!
