It just happened when I unplugged that tcm but at the time I didn’t know what it was I thought it was part of the sound system like the amplifier so now my car is not acting right at all so I was trying to figure out what do I have to do now to get my car back running right I have a challenger rt 2012
What makes this problem better or worse?
It’s the same when I start it up it’s running normal just has the codes and isn’t shifting right
How long has your 2012 Dodge Challenger had this problem?

Hello, was the engine's battery disconnected when you disconnected the component? And, have you ensured everything is currently properly connected now? With any luck, all that needs to be done is a diagnostic tool be hooked up, codes for the component cleared, and a drive cycle to verify everything is working fine. Otherwise, you'll have to troubleshoot the circuit. But if you disconnected things with the battery still attached, likely what happened is a loss of communication that is stored.
