What is your question?
After or before 40-50mph there is no shaking. Ive change brakes, rotors, and did alignment. Also car makes slight popping noises from front wheels when going 5-10mph on smooth road.

Hello! The shaking you are experiencing with your Challenger is definitely questionable if you have already changed your brake pads and brake rotors -- both front and rear. You may wish to verify your brake rotors are not causing the vibration even still -- out of the box, new ones can cause vibration if they are not stored properly. Shaking when braking is almost always caused by out-of-round rotors. Additionally, check your suspension and steering for the source of the popping noise. You didn't mention if the popping noise is continuous or random, so I'll just recommend that you have a qualified local technician hear your concerns and give you an opinion.
