I would like to know what does it mean when your seat warmers stop working?

At first my passenger seat warmer wouldn't turn on. I believed it was a fuse problem so I switched the fuse. Then my passenger window stopped rolling up I again figured it was just a fuse. But now my driver and passenger seat warmers are not working or my passenger window. Could this be some kind of electrical problem occurring. Or something minor like replacing another fuse??
