CV Boot Replacment
What is your question?
Hello, I wrote a question a while back about a clicking noise from my rear passenger tire. I have had the back brakes inspected, new brake adjusters installed, tires looked over and still I have a clicking sound with every rotation of the tire. Do you think it could be the CV boot or axle? Please let me know the costs for repairs. Thanks, Shawn

This vehicle does not have a CV boot in the rear - the axles are axle shafts from a solid rear axle. The best thing to do is to have the vehicle on a lift in the air with the wheels being driven - having someone (safely and carefully) trying to pin point the noise from underneath the vehicle.
