Where is the fuse box located

What is your question?

This is in a Coach House RV 19 foot van. I need to know where the fuse box is located. 360 engine. Also, there is a small toggle switch located where the emergency brake cable comes through the floor and attaches to the emergency brake peddle

What makes this problem better or worse?
