Only clicks. New battery. Think it is starter

Hello, it sounds like the engine's battery is low in charge, and too low to provide any power. Start by testing the 12 volt battery for state of charge and then also the ability to handle a load. If it fails, replace it and recheck. As always, check for any corrosion build up on battery cables and ensure connections are secure. Even a "new battery" can cause problems. And, rushing to judgement about the starter motor would create a lot of unnecessary work if it ends up being a cable or corrosion. Additionally, can you confirm the engine turns with a breaker bar?
