Finally replaced electric fuel pump assembly and CPU. Now no engine lite.

What is your question?

Van will not start until after prolonged clicking. Then got increasingly worse. Clicking noise varied from 10 minutes to an hour before it ceased (engine lite would come on) then van would start. Initially thought clicking was fuel pump noise. Replaced the whole assembly and CPU. still sitting....

clicking noise usually starter issue. when fuel pump, engine turns but no start. when starter, just clicks. test starting mechanism.
