How to replace a socket in a fuse panel

What is your question?

There is only one burned out. The metal prongs in fuse#7 for air conditions are gone from a short I guess. Can it be replaced.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Cant put in a fuse

How long has your 1992 Dodge B250 had this problem?
