What is your question?
My 60000 mile Chrysler cirrus had the oil pressure light come on and the car shut down. No weird noises nothing. It turns over but doesnt even sound like its trying to start. Good oil and perfect level. Very confused

Not an expert, but I would have it towed in to a good shop. If the oil pressure is really zero, starting the engine would immediately destroy it. It could be a bad oil pump, if it is an electric oil pump, could be a blown fuse or wiring. It sounds to me like the engine is protecting itself, preventing itself from starting due to the very low oil pressure being reported - now whatever reports that could be faulty also, maybe the oil pressure is not really zero - but don't take a stupid chance and blow an expensive engine - perhaps it could even be a bad oil filter that was defective - maybe preventing oil flow?
