Get that battery all charged up by either using a battery charger or just running the car. Then try disconnecting the negative cable for about 15 minutes. This may erase the code and give you throttle back. Sometimes low voltage can cause issues. If this doesn't clear things up a good scanner will be needed to pull trouble codes and start the diagnosis process.
