Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! Running cool like this often points to a thermostat issue, but since you’ve already swapped it, the next suspect is a thermostat that might be stuck open or installed incorrectly. If that checks out, focus on the radiator fan. Even though it’s not stuck "on," it might be kicking in too early due to a faulty fan control module or wiring issue. Essentially, it’s cooling the engine too aggressively, like blasting the A/C on a crisp winter morning. Also, double-check that the radiator itself isn’t overcooling due to partial blockage or excessive airflow. You might need to dig a little deeper here, but those are the prime suspects.
