What is your question?
2008 T&C 3.8L runs great until I turn it off after driving for 10 min. If I turn it back on, it chugs and the engine light comes on with a fuel injector error. I’ve changed all fuel injectors, spark plugs, wires, throttle body, air filter and the sensor just before the throttle body. No vacuum leaks. I’m at a loss. It runs great cold until I shut it off and try to restart hot. I’ve driven it for 200 miles without an engine light error, shut it off to fill up with gas and when I start it back up the chugging and low power comes with it. The chugging does go away within 5 miles of driving, but power is low and I sometimes need to down shift manually at higher speeds when RPMs are between 1700-2000 due to excessive shaking. It goes away at 2300 or higher. It really feels like it’s stuck in choke for a short period until something snaps back into place. Any thoughts? Also, if I let it sit for at least an hour between stop and run, it will run fine the next time I get in to drive.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Driving through it.
How long has your 2008 Chrysler Town & Country had this problem?
A few months.

What code indicate a "fuel injection error"? Why replace all those parts before testing? Testing is cheaper than all those parts and the effort to replace them! Testing is required to monitor components and see what is unfolding, because something is happening that is being missed. No guesses from here, as there would be no guesses if the vehicle was in front of me. You simply need testing to be performed.
