Dose a 2005 Chrysler town and country have a fuse

Hello, You do have a fuel pump fuse. I don't know if it is under the hood or in the cabin fuse box, but you have one. Check that first and listen in the rear floor of the van to see if you hear the fuel pump running. It might not be. If you are good with a multimeter, I can walk you through diagnostics.
