? My lock cylinder is locked and I can't turn key? How do I replace?

What is your question?

I have tapped on the top of the lock cylinder for about 4 months now and it's progressively getting worse I now have a hole in the top of the lock cylinder housing and I don't think I'm going to get this key to turn in that lock cylinder ever again
