abs brakes

What is your question?

There is no code but my abs light is on all the time on the dash. I looked under the vehical and noticed the sensor runs very close to the axle and the axle is kinda rusty. I tried to take emery cloth and clean it after I removed the sensor out of the way but it didnot work. any help would be appreaciated.
