P0700 code and alternator bad

What is your question?

check engine light P0700 code (transaxle control module or short or open circuit with in transaxle)and scanned a second time don't know code but was told that transmission fluid temp. was at 195 degrees to hot!, check engine light comes back, also alternator is making a noise could be going out, could this be, part of the problems?
