What is your question?
The front passenger side of our van blows cold air most of the time regardless of the position of the heat control--sometimes it works as it should--then it'll just start blowing cold air again.

Hello, were you able to get this fixed? Did you have to pull the dashboard to get to the blend air door?
Bretb: I didn't pull the dashboard apart--I was able to pull of the blend door actuator from the driver's side of the heater control console--my head was wedged in between the dash and brake pedal. The plastic piece that slides on the actuator shaft (that turns the blend door) was broken. I went to a junkyard and got another piece. It works most of the time but the calibration seems to be off--it works alright if I calibrate it when I start the van. So it's kinda fixed. I'm think that maybe I have the shaft in the incorrect position.
Nice work! Thanks for the update. These door linkages normally can only be installed one way, but anything is possible. I don't have a repair manual to look into this, but there may be a calibration procedure to reset the motors, other then the start up procedure it goes through.
