Steering Wheel Buttons

Hello, I believed those are the remote sound system controls. On the right three buttons (Volume-Up-Radio Mode-Volume-Down). On the left depending on the Radio Mode the buttons are to Seek radio stations or go Previous-Beginning-Next track using CD/Tape Player.
