Headlights dim when making a complete stop

Hello, sounds like there is a fluctuation of the charging system (alternator / voltage regulator) power at the time the symptom occurs. It may be normal, or it may be a sign that vehicle reference voltage is unstable due to a charging system or even a battery concern. Start by testing the battery, then also test the alternator and voltage regulator to see if there is an issue with consistent electrical output.
