no engine light but has been rejected by the emmission test 3 times. took to a mechanic he said it has been pcm has been reset. is there a specfic drive cycle for 2002 town and country 3.3 ltr

I would suspect a weak battery.
You could run Seafoam thru the engine to help clean it up helped in my old truck got it to pass there are a lot of utube videos on doing this if you put it in the oil and some suggest the oil needs to be changed with in 500 miles it is a quick job anyone can do
