Problem w/ passenger side automatic door

Make sure the track is free and clear of any debris (sand. leaves etc) and use white lithium grease to lubricate it. This is the number one reason the door(s) will cause you problems. If it detects any restrictions, it will reverse the door motor. Good luck

This sounds like a mechanical failure in the locking mechanism inside the door. It probably needs to be replaced. Good news: that's easier and cheaper than an electrical problem!
